The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be to provide a safe and empowering environment. The EMCSFC provides the community with the necessary tools to eradicate hopelessness, encourage unity, and promote prosperity. It is a landing pad to success and supplies opportunities for individuals to be unified with something greater than themselves - a family.
